The Human Resources Center, Inc.
“Your one-stop Production and Fulfillment Company”

With 2 modern production facilities encompassing 35,000 square feet of production space located in the northeast corner of Pennsylvania, the Human Resources Center is ideally located to serve the needs of manufacturers in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding area.

For over 35 years, our company and its employees have been meeting and exceeding the production demands of its many and varied customers.

Specializing in quality, price, and unsurpassed service, our highly skilled production staff oversee 50 challenged and non-disabled workers. We are currently engaged in various assemblies for ISO 9002 companies in the defense, automotive and fastener industries as well as serving the needs of many of our local merchants, specialty shops and banks.

Both of our production facilities have forklifts and loading docks for tractor-trailer loading and offloading and are conveniently located near major highways. We offer flexible shipping arrangements with both our own fleet and common carriers. We have three-phase electrical power as well as compressed air throughout our building for pneumatic machinery.

Currently we are running an ultra-sonic sealer, shrink tunnel, soldering stations, pneumatic over hydraulic bearing press, many heat sealers and various specialty work stations to meet the demands of our customers.

Our custom designed, state of the art software provides full integration with electronic data in most formats including EDI, Flat Files and Spreadsheets to facilitate both accuracy and speed for your benefit.

We are constantly seeking new work opportunities for our employees and are aggressively searching for companies large and small that are willing to outsource here in America. Whether it is a prototype run or a million piece order, whether it is a time sensitive “crunch project” or an ongoing backlog, we here at the Human Resources Center look forward to meeting with you to discuss your needs. We offer no cost price quotations for all our projects stressing quality service at very competitive pricing. Some of the business activities we are currently involved in include (but are not limited to):

  • General packaging, bagging, re-packaging, boxing and cartoning
  • Shrink wrapping, L sealing, heat sealing and blister packaging
  • Mailing, shipping, labeling, sorting and collating
  • Assembling both large and small parts, and finishing
  • Quality control checks, visual and tactile, go and no-go gauging
  • Light machining, drilling, soldering, pressing and other job specific tooling

Please take a moment to read the testimonial that follows from one of our customers. We take a lot of pride in the work performed by our dedicated employees and we look forward to working with all interested business to try and keep jobs from being shipped offshore. Our company was founded as a “place of employment for special people”. Through hard work, dedication, and the integration of non-disabled workers into our workforce we are most happy to now call ourselves “a special place of employment”
