The Human Resources Center, Inc. is a private, nonprofit corporation whose mission is to provide support to Mentally, Physically and Emotionally challenged individuals. The Center offers a variety of venues helping special people realize their dreams. As a result, the future is bright for the extraordinary people we serve.

OBRA

This is a companion program for developmentally delayed individuals who reside in Nursing Homes and is meant to compliment the services rendered by the retirement home.

Individuals are often taken out shopping, go to the movies, attend community events, visit releatives and /or are afforded time in a private "one-on one" setting. This service enhances the quality of life for individuals who otherwise may well lead lonely existances.
