Competitive Integrated Employment

C.I.E. is a program designed to assist people with disabilities in finding, securing and maintaining competitive employment. Our C.I.E. specialists and coaches work fluctuating schedules to accommodate employee/employer needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Initial intakes, along with assessed interests, abilities, needs and experiences of an individual assist in meeting employment wishes. Once a position is located, a careful evaluation of the job is conducted to make certain that the position not only meets the individual's needs and wishes, but that their talents meet the demands of the position. After a job match is attained, an individual gains confidence, ability, skills and independence. As the individual advances on their own, the coach is available on an as needed basis for such services as reviewing old as well as learning new skills. Our commitment to an individual's employment is continual.
