Residential Services

Community Residential Facilities

This program provides “group home” services to developmentally delayed adults in 6 different homes across Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Home Based Waiver Services (Traditional Home/Community & AWC/FMS Model)

This program provides various supports to families with developmentally delayed family members living at home.

Life Sharing through Family Living

This program finds permanent homes for individuals with special needs of any age in family settings.

OBRA Services

This service provides nursing home residents with an activity companion to socialize and spend time with.

Supported Independent Living

This program provides support to developmentally delayed adults who live in their own homes.

Transitional Living Apartments

This is a mental health support service provided in conjunction with the Wayne County Mental Health Department for individuals returning to the Community after years of hospitalization.
