Beach Lake Friday & Saturday  11p- 7a

Day Program 

Senior Director of Day Options

The Senior Director of Day Options is responsible for the overall operations, growth, development, and future service transformation of the Human Resources Center’s, Inc. CPS, Adult Training, Manufacturing and Employment Services; the safety and welfare of individuals supported, and the sound clinical and ethical delivery of services.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide effective leadership in all areas of operations, including person-centered care initiatives, staff management, quality and safety, programming, community relations, and financial oversight.

  • Grow the program through a solid, extensive community network and referral base; effectively communicate service offerings and demonstrate program benefits and successes.

  • Engage community stakeholders to nurture supportive relationships and build opportunities for service growth.

  • Initiate and set goals for services according to the strategic objectives of the HRC, Office of Developmental Programs, and OVR.

  • Facilitate creative and innovative processes designed to enhance and continuously improve the client experience; ensure the highest quality care is provided by following company, state, and regulatory guidelines and standards—supervision of Program Directors to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.

  • Devise evaluation strategies to monitor the performance of services operationally and fiscally to determine areas of improvement and/or restructuring.

  • Works collaboratively with administration to ensure the company’s long-term financial stability.

  • Keep senior management informed with accurate and detailed information on programmatic updates, developments, and concerns.

  • Establish and maintain a culture of respect, teamwork, compassion, fun, integrity, and professionalism with the HRC Team and outside partners.

  • Stay current on related industry knowledge and trends through educational opportunities, publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.

  • Ensure all programs follow company policies and procedures, safety, and regulatory laws and standards. (2380/2390/6100 OVR and Waiver guidelines)

  • Maintains a consistent work schedule as the position requires, with frequent physical presence at all service locations.

  • Works within all policies and procedures set forth by the HRC Inc.

  • When using an agency vehicle, complete daily documentation (date/ beginning mileage/ destination/ gas/ personal/ end mileage).

  • Review Internal Audits completed by Program Directors and ensure resolve to any areas of concern.

  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Home Based Services 

HBW Direct Care DSP

Home-Based Direct Care Service Providers to provide Home and Community Habilitation, Temp Respite, and Transportation services to individuals in Wayne, Pike Carbon, Monroe, Lackawanna and Susquehanna counties.  The provider will assist the individual with developing healthy habits and social skills.  Experience with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnosis is strongly preferred.

There are several positions open with varying hours; part time and full time. 

HBW Direct Care DSP Waymart, PA

Will assist the individual to become more independent by engaging in tasks that promote independence. These may include but are not limited to Daily hygiene, meal preparation, communication skills, and social skills.

Wage $14.50 | Part Time 6 hours per week

Providers can be a single adult, couple, or family unit and may either rent or own their home. Lifesharing is a rewarding and life-changing opportunity that requires compassionate providers who want to make an impact on an individual's life.

*providers receive a monthly stipend for care & are not considered employees of HRC.
