Community Integrated Employment (CIE)
The Community Integrated Employment program helps individuals find, secure and maintain competitive employment in the community. They do this by matching a job seeker with a job, assisting in the application and interview process and providing one on one job coaching once a job is attained.
Small group employment assists individuals in transitioning to integrated employment through a coached group setting in a community workplace.

This program works hand in hand with local school districts, providing students ages 14 and up a smooth transition to life after graduation. Assistance may vary with each student. The Project SEARCH Transition-to-Work Program is a unique, business-led, one academic year employment preparation program that takes place entirely at the workplace. Total workplace immersion facilitates a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration, and hands-on training through worksite rotations. The program culminates in individualized job search and placement.
“Employers have recognized for some time that it’s smart business to have a diverse workforce – one in which many views are represented and everyone’s talents are valued. Well, disability is part of diversity.” – Thomas Perez
