In Loving Memory

Sharon M. Williams

February 9, 1972 – June 2, 2025

It is with heartfelt sadness that I share the news of the unexpected passing of our colleague and dear friend, Sharon Melinda Williams. Sharon passed away on Monday, June 2, surrounded by her loving family.

Sharon joined HRC in October 2022 as a Home-Based Waiver Program Specialist. From the beginning, she brought an infectious energy to our team—her vibrant personality, unwavering positivity, and ability to see the good in everyone made her not just a co-worker, but a friend to many. Sharon had a unique gift for lifting others’ spirits and brightening every room she entered. Her warmth and compassion touched the lives of the individuals she served and their families, who loved and respected her.

The news of her passing is deeply devastating for all of us.

True to her generous and selfless spirit, Sharon was an organ donor. We have been told that her gift will touch the lives of over 100 people—a final, extraordinary act of kindness that perfectly reflects the person she was.

We extend our deepest condolences to her husband Brett, Linda her mother, and her sisters, Rebecca and Susan, as well as her entire HRC family. Sharon was truly loved and will never be forgotten.
