Home-Based Waiver Services are provided by HRC to eligible families throughout NEPA, offering a variety of supports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities who live with their family or in their own home.

HRC’s Home-Based Waiver Services provide personalized, in-home supports to eligible children and adults with intellectual disabilities throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Designed to promote independence while maintaining the comfort and familiarity of home, these services empower individuals to live meaningful, self-directed lives within their own communities.

 

Our team works closely with each individual and their family to develop a customized plan that reflects their unique strengths, needs, and goals. Whether living with family or independently, participants receive the support they need to build daily living skills, increase confidence, and enhance overall quality of life.

Services may include assistance with daily routines, community participation, skill development, and personal care, all delivered by compassionate, trained professionals dedicated to fostering growth and independence.
