Are you, or a loved one, seeking supported employment? HRC can help find the position and work setting that's right for you - based on interests and skills, individual needs and abilities.
HRC's Small Group Employment (SGE) program is a solution for individuals seeking employment in a supported group setting within the community.
With SGE, there is 100% supervision and support from a permanent onsite job coach, working in groups of up to three.
The SGE program provides extra support to help maintain employment and ease an individual into community-integrated employment.
Small Group Employment provides individuals with real-world work experience in a supportive, coached setting within community businesses.
Participants work alongside peers while receiving guidance from trained staff, helping them build transferable skills, workplace confidence, and independence. This program serves as a stepping stone toward fully integrated employment while still offering structured support.
